We connect your website, CRM, ads and tools so data flows on its own and scripts and AI handle the routine

Tools
  • n8n
  • Zapier
  • Make

Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.

A website lead gets copied into a spreadsheet, then into the CRM, and the report is put together by hand every Friday — sound familiar? We connect your tools so data moves automatically and repetitive tasks run without people.

We use service APIs, webhooks, n8n and custom scripts, and where it helps — AI: to process leads, write summaries and answer common questions.

What we automate

  • Website and ad leads into the CRM with UTM data
  • CRM sync with spreadsheets, accounting and email tools
  • Team notifications in Slack, Telegram and email
  • Scheduled exports and data backups
  • AI processing of leads, emails and calls
  • Internal tools for specific processes

What you get

  • Data that doesn’t get lost between tools
  • Hours of your team’s time freed up
  • Documented workflows you can change
  • Monitoring: if an integration breaks, you know right away
Challenges

Where hours and data leak

  • Someone copies leads from email into the CRM by hand

We map where data comes from and where it goes, then replace manual copying with a workflow. The lead reaches the CRM with its source in seconds and the rep gets a ping.

  • The CRM, the spreadsheet and accounting never agree

We pick one source of truth for each type of data and sync everything else from it. The workflow flags mismatches itself instead of finance finding them at month-end.

  • A freelancer built the automations and nobody knows how they work

We take apart the existing workflows, describe each in plain language and consolidate them in one tool. You get a map of what fires, when and why.

  • Routine emails and client questions eat the team's day

Where it's justified we add AI: it sorts incoming messages, fills in fields and drafts replies. Sending and edge cases stay with a person.

  • The tool you need has no ready-made connector

We study the service's API and write a custom module that runs alongside your other workflows and logs every request.

Principles

Integrations that don’t fail silently

  1. Map the process first

We chart where data comes from and where it goes, and find the manual steps that cost your team the most time.
  2. Right tool, right job

Where an off-the-shelf connector is enough, we use it. Where you need complex logic or high volume — n8n or custom code.
  3. Every error is visible

A failure shouldn’t surface a month later: we set up request logs, retries and alerts to your team chat.
  4. Your data stays with you

We can run everything on your own server, so customer data doesn’t pass through extra services.
  5. A clean handover

We document every workflow, so your team or another contractor can maintain and extend it later.
Is it for you

When automation pays off

A good fit if

  • People copy data between two or three tools every day
  • A task repeats dozens of times a week by the same rules
  • You already pay for Zapier or Make and keep hitting limits
  • Finance, the warehouse or partners need data from the CRM

Not a fit if

  • The process runs once a month and differently each time — automating it won't pay off
  • You don't have a CRM yet — start with CRM setup, integrations come next
  • The rules still change every week — let's pin them down together on a process walkthrough first
Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Process map

    1–3 days

We map where data goes and where time is lost to manual work.

You get A data flow diagram with manual steps marked
  2. 02

    Solution

    1–2 days

We pick the tools and propose automation scenarios with their expected impact.

You get A list of scenarios with tools and rollout order
  3. 03

    Development

    2–8 days

We build the integrations and test them on real data.

You get Working integrations on your own accounts and server
  4. 04

    Monitoring

    1–2 days

We set up error alerts and write documentation for every scenario.

You get Alerts to Slack or email, documentation and a 3-month bug warranty
Team

Who wires your tools together

An analyst maps the process, an automation developer builds the workflows, and a support engineer makes sure nothing breaks silently.

  • Automation developer

Builds workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier: leads with UTM data into the CRM, sync with spreadsheets and email tools.
  • Process analyst

Walks the data path between your tools with you, spots the copy-paste steps and counts the hours each one eats.
  • Back-end developer

Writes custom scripts where ready-made nodes fall short: API calls, webhooks, scheduled exports and internal tools.
  • AI engineer

Adds a language model to a workflow where it pays off: triaging leads, emails and calls, writing team summaries.
  • Support engineer

Sets up error alerts in Slack or Telegram and documents every workflow so your team can change it later.

Getting started

Where we start automating

What we need from you
  • The tools your team uses and who works in which
  • A couple of examples of manual work that annoys people most
  • Access or API keys for the tools we'll connect
  • A decision on where workflows will run: your server or a cloud service
  • Someone who knows the process from the inside
Before we start

A process walkthrough

On a free 30-minute call we walk through one process: where data comes from, who touches it, where errors creep in. Then we send an automation outline, a timeline and an estimate.

Almost anything with an API or webhooks: CRMs, forms, ad accounts, payment systems, spreadsheets, messengers, email tools, calendars.

From $1,000. The total depends on how many systems and workflows we connect, how good their APIs are, how complex the logic gets (conditions, data mapping, AI triage) and whether it runs in the cloud or on your server. We quote after a process walkthrough on a call.

Off-the-shelf connectors are fine for simple links. When you need complex logic, large data volumes or cost control, we build on n8n or custom code — and you own it.

Where it actually saves time: lead classification and triage, call and conversation summaries, reply drafts, plain-language daily reports.

We set up monitoring and alerts: on an error both you and we know immediately, and no data is lost — it catches up after the fix.

Not necessarily. We can use cloud services or deploy everything on your server if keeping the data in-house matters.
