Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of https://itelmen.ru/en (the “Site”), operated by Itelmen (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site is informational: it describes our services, projects and articles and lets you contact us. It has no user accounts.
Descriptions of services, timelines and prices on the Site are not an offer to contract. Every engagement is agreed individually — scope, schedule and price — and set out in a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on the Site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the Site, including through malicious code, automated scraping that burdens it, or attempts at unauthorized access;
- send spam, false information or someone else’s personal information without their permission through the contact form;
- use the Site’s content in breach of the next section.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, code, text, images and other content are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish or otherwise use them without our written permission, except for short quotations with attribution and a link to the Site, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Rights in project (case study) materials may belong to our clients or other third parties.
Third-Party Products. Names of third-party products and platforms mentioned on the Site (such as GoHighLevel, Shopify, DealMaker and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe our services. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with, partnership with or endorsement by their owners.
Links to other websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
No professional advice
Articles on the Site are for general information only. They are not legal, securities, tax or investment advice. In particular, content about investor websites and crowdfunding (Reg CF, Reg A+, Reg D) does not replace advice from your securities counsel or funding portal.
