We connect Stripe and other payment providers: payments, subscriptions and payment data in your CRM
- Stripe
- Shopify
Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.
Payment should be simple for the customer and transparent for the business. We connect Stripe and other providers to your website and product: one-off payments, subscriptions, invoices and refunds.
We link payments to your CRM and accounting, so the team sees payment status on the customer record and revenue reports build themselves.
What we do
- Website payments: Stripe Checkout, Payment Links, embedded forms
- Subscriptions and plans with a customer portal
- Payment events handled through webhooks
- Payments passed to the CRM, spreadsheets and accounting
- Revenue and subscription reports
What gets in the way of getting paid
Buyers drop off at the card form
We shorten the path: Checkout or embedded Elements on your site, Apple Pay and Google Pay turned on, and a retry link sent automatically when a payment fails.
Failed subscription renewals quietly cost us customers
We configure Stripe's smart retries and dunning emails and send customers to the billing portal to update their card. The CRM flags at-risk subscriptions for the team.
Refunds are done by hand in the Stripe dashboard
We make refunds an action in your CRM or admin panel: the refund goes through the Stripe API, the deal status updates and the customer gets a receipt.
Monthly revenue is pieced together from exports
We build a report on payments, refunds and subscriptions from Stripe data, broken down by day, product and source and refreshed automatically in a sheet or the CRM.
One payment sometimes creates two orders
We verify each webhook's signature and event ID and process every event exactly once. A retried webhook from Stripe never creates a duplicate order.
