We connect tools that have no ready integration: custom connectors, webhooks and data exchange
- n8n
- Cloudflare
Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.
Ready integrations aren’t always enough: the tool lacks the connector you need, data arrives in an awkward format, or the logic can’t be assembled from ready blocks. That’s when we write a custom connector.
We receive and send webhooks, work with service APIs and build reliable data exchange with retries, logging and error alerts.
What we do
- Custom connectors between tools
- Webhook receivers that react to events
- Data transformation and validation in transit
- Retries, queues and a log of every request
- Integration documentation
When there's no ready-made connector
The tool has an API, but nobody built a connector to our CRM
We write a connector that reads and writes through both APIs, respecting rate limits and auth. The logic and field mapping are written down in the docs.
Webhooks arrive, but some events go missing
We put a receiver in front that queues each event and acknowledges it immediately, then processes it. If processing fails, the event is retried instead of disappearing.
Data arrives in a format the CRM doesn't understand
We add a transformation layer: phones, dates and currencies normalized, required fields checked, malformed records set aside for manual review.
It works, but nobody can tell what it sent yesterday
We log every request and response, searchable by customer and date. When a rep asks why a deal wasn't created, the answer takes a minute to find.
The sync needs to run on events, not once a night
We switch the integration from batch exports to events: the source sends a webhook, the receiver verifies its signature and pushes changes to the CRM within seconds.
Off-the-shelf connectors only go so far

Reliable data exchange
API research before code
We check the service’s limits, formats and errors up front, so the integration doesn’t hit a wall after launch. No duplicate records
The same event can arrive twice — the integration accounts for that and doesn’t create extra records.Code in your infrastructure
The integration lives in your repository and on your server, so any team can keep developing it.Kept up to date
When services release new API versions, we update the connector before the old one stops working.
When a custom integration makes sense
A good fit if
- Off-the-shelf connectors can't do what you need or require workarounds
- The data matters — orders, payments, stock — and losing one record costs money
- Hundreds of events a day flow through, and no-code tools get pricey
- You have an internal system that needs to talk to the CRM or website
Not a fit if
- The link is simple and already exists in Zapier, Make or n8n — we'll build it there, it's cheaper
- You need a one-time data transfer, not an ongoing sync — see CRM migration
How we work
- 01
API review
1–3 daysWe read both services' docs and check rate limits, auth and which events each one can send.
You get An exchange spec: fields, events, frequency and limits - 02
Connector
2–7 daysWe write a connector or webhook receiver that translates data from one system's format into the other's.
You get A connector deployed on your server or in the cloud - 03
Reliability
1–3 daysWe add retries, idempotency so nothing is processed twice, and request logging.
You get An exchange log and automatic resend on failures - 04
Launch and docs
1–2 daysWe switch the exchange to production data, set up alerts and document how the connector works.
You get Documentation, error alerts and a 3-month bug warranty
What a custom integration needs
- API docs for both systems or a developer contact on the other side
- Test accounts or sandboxes so we don't touch live data
- The events and fields that need to be passed
- Where the code will run: your server, a cloud VM or serverless functions
- Who gets alerted if the exchange stops
A data flow review
On a free 30-minute call we go over which systems to connect and what should flow between them. Then we study the API docs and send an integration outline, a timeline and an estimate.

From $1,200. The total depends on the quality and limits of both APIs, the number of events and data volume, and where the connector runs: your server, cloud functions or n8n. We quote after reviewing the services’ documentation.
