A logo and a brand’s visual language: colors, type, graphics and applications
A logo is just the tip of an identity. What makes a brand recognizable is the system: colors, typefaces, graphic elements and the rules that make them work together on the website, social media, packaging and presentations.
We design identities from idea to a full set of applications and test them in real use, not just on a white background.
What’s included
- Research into competitors and the visual landscape
- Logo concepts and choosing a direction
- Color palette, typefaces and graphic elements
- Applications: website, social media, documents, merch
- Source files in every format you need
When a logo alone isn't enough
We have a logo and nothing else, so every layout starts from zero
We extend the mark into a system: palette, a pair of typefaces, a graphic device, a layout grid. Designers get a kit they can build any piece from.
The logo doesn't fit a social avatar or an app icon
We build a responsive logo: full lockup, short version and symbol. Each is drawn for its place, from the website header to a round profile picture.
Our brand font breaks as soon as we use another language
We pick typefaces that cover the languages you need and check licensing for web, apps and print. If you operate in several countries, the identity holds up in every script.
Brand colors look different on screen and in print
We define the palette in RGB, HEX, CMYK and Pantone at once and check text contrast on screen. Print colors are verified on a proof.
Our graphics look like stock images
We create a graphic device of your own, grown from the mark or the brand idea: a pattern, a cropping shape, an illustration style. It's hard to mistake for a competitor.
Who an identity project is for
A good fit if
- A new business that needs a visual language, not just a mark
- A company with a logo that never grew into a full style
- A brand that works in more than one language and script
- A website launch is coming and the identity should be ready before its design
Not a fit if
- You haven't decided who you are and for whom — start with positioning in a full branding project
- You need a mark for a one-off event — we'll adapt a ready-made template for it
Identity as a system
Idea before form
The mark has a story that's easy to retell, which makes it far easier to defend than one that's just "pretty".Tested at small sizes
The mark has to read as an app icon, an avatar and a browser tab, not just on a big screen. An identity that moves
From the start we plan the logo animation and how graphics behave on the website and social media.Ready for screen and print
We pick colors that look the same on a monitor, on a phone screen and on paper from the printer.

Useful to have at kickoff
- The final spelling of the name, plus a tagline if you have one
- Two or three logos you like and as many you don't
- A list of applications: what you need first and what can wait
- The languages and markets the brand will work in
- Your current logo source files, if this is a refresh
A briefing call
Instead of a long questionnaire, a 30-minute conversation about the business, audience and applications. Afterwards we send a plan, a timeline and an estimate.
Need a logo
that holds up
everywhere?
We’ll explore your visual landscape, show logo concepts and build the colors, type and graphics around the chosen one.
Usually two or three strong concepts, each tested on applications. We take the chosen one to the finish.
From $2,500 for the mark with basic usage rules. A full identity with palette, typefaces, graphics and a set of applications costs more; we send an exact estimate after the brief.
Yes: sometimes refining the mark and building a system around it is enough, without changing the brand entirely.
The logo in every version and format, palette, typefaces, graphics and application examples.
Usually 3–5 weeks, depending on the number of applications.
