We keep your website running: monitoring, updates, backups and security with fixed response times
- WordPress
- Webflow
- Shopify
Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.
Most website outages are predictable: an SSL certificate expired, the server ran out of disk, a vulnerable plugin wasn’t updated in time. Maintenance is the routine work that keeps those things from happening, and a fast response when something breaks anyway.
We set up monitoring that flags a problem before your customers notice, update the system on a schedule and check that the website really restores from a backup.
What we do
- 24/7 uptime, SSL and domain monitoring
- Scheduled CMS, plugin and dependency updates, tested on a staging copy first
- Daily backups with regular restore tests
- Protection from hacks, bots and form spam
- Bug fixes within the agreed response times (SLA)
- A monthly website health report
Why websites really go down
We nearly lost our domain over a missed renewal
We track domain and certificate expiry dates and warn you well ahead. Auto-renewal gets switched on wherever the registrar supports it.
We have backups, but nobody has ever restored one
Backups are stored off the main server, and we regularly restore them to a staging environment to confirm the whole site comes back up.
Spam floods the forms and real leads get buried
We add invisible CAPTCHA and server-side filters, check that notification emails are delivered and copy every lead into your CRM or Slack.
The site went down overnight and we found out at 9 a.m.
Monitoring checks the site every few minutes and alerts the on-call engineer right away. Critical incidents are picked up within an hour.
Hosting is slow, and the provider swears everything's fine
We collect server metrics — load, memory, slow database queries. With numbers in hand we decide what to change: the code, the plan or the host.
Most outages are preventable

- 96%of ransomware attacks target backup repositories — backups must be isolated and testedVeeam, 2024
Peace of mind for your website
People, not just alerts
An outage alert goes to an engineer who knows your website, not to a shared support queue.Plain-language updates
We tell you what happened and what we did, without jargon — and what to change so it doesn’t happen again.Any platform
We maintain websites on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and custom code, including ones we didn’t build.
When maintenance is all you need
A good fit if
- Your site works and the priority is keeping it that way
- There are few changes to make, but nobody is watching stability and security
- The site was built by another team or runs on an old CMS version
Not a fit if
- You need new pages and features regularly — a team subscription fits better
- The site has been abandoned for years with no docs — we start with a project takeover, then maintenance

What we need to start maintenance
- Access to your hosting or server and the domain control panel
- Admin access to the CMS and, if there is one, the repository
- A contact for urgent alerts
- Services the site can't work without: payments, forms, CRM
A website health check
After a 30-minute call we review versions, backups, certificates and errors, then send a list of risks, response terms and a maintenance estimate.
