Clear interfaces grounded in research, prototyping and user testing

Tools
  • Figma

Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.

A good interface goes unnoticed: people simply do what they came to do. We design Digital products that are easy and pleasant to use while delivering the results the business needs — leads, purchases or sign-ups.

We design websites, web applications and mobile interfaces, and run UX audits of existing products to find and fix the places where users struggle and leave before reaching their goal.

What’s included

  • Research into the audience, competitors and use cases
  • Information architecture and user journey maps
  • Prototypes of key screens, tested with real users
  • Visual interface design in line with the brand
  • A design system: components, states, grids and typography
  • Micro-animations and interaction prototypes

What you get

  • An interface whose logic has been tested with users
  • Ready-to-build layouts for every device and state
  • A design system that speeds up further development
  • An interactive prototype for presentations and testing
Challenges

Where the interface holds you back

  • Users sign up and never come back

We walk through the first session step by step: what people see after signing in, where they stall and what they should do first. Onboarding is rebuilt around the one action the product exists for.

  • The designs looked great, then developers built something else

We hand over mockups with every state covered: empty lists, errors, loading, long strings. During development we answer questions and review the build screen by screen.

  • Everyone on the team is sure they know how it should work

We move the debate into a prototype: a clickable version of the key flow tested with people from your audience. Session recordings decide, not job titles.

  • The product grew features and nothing is easy to find anymore

We rebuild the information architecture with card sorting, flow frequency and a section map. Rare features move deeper, daily ones come to the surface.

  • Mobile is a cut-down copy of the desktop app

Key flows are designed for the phone first: thumb reach, short forms, autofill. Desktop gets an expanded layout, not the other way around.

Approach

How we design

  1. Data over taste

We settle debatable calls with analytics, session recordings and tests, not with a team vote.
  2. A business goal on every screen

For each screen we agree up front on the action it should drive, and design around it.
  3. Designs that can be built

We build sites and products ourselves, so states, breakpoints and code constraints are covered from the start.
  4. With you until launch

We answer developers' questions, review the build and polish details until the interface matches the design.
  5. Experience across markets

We've designed for clients in the USA, Canada, the UK, Spain and Italy, and know how audience expectations differ.
Is it for you

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • You're launching a web app, customer portal or SaaS and want the logic proven before development
  • Your product has complex flows: settings, filters, multi-step forms
  • You have an in-house dev team that needs clear specs and components
  • The interface works, but funnel metrics have stalled

Not a fit if

Free

Express website audit

We review your site and within 3 business days send a PDF with up to 10 specific growth points, sorted by priority.

What we check
  • Load speed and the mobile experience
  • Structure, copy and the path to a lead
  • Technical SEO and search visibility
  • Forms, analytics and conversion tracking

For live websites only. No strings attached: you can make the fixes in-house.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Research

    3–5 days

We find out who the users are, what they are trying to do and what gets in their way today.

You get User profiles, key scenarios and a list of problems in the current interface
  2. 02

    Structure and prototypes

    1–2 weeks

We build the information architecture and prototypes of the key screens.

You get A screen map and a clickable prototype in Figma
  3. 03

    Testing

    3–5 days

We show the prototypes to real users and quickly improve them after testing.

You get Session recordings, a summary of findings and a revised prototype
  4. 04

    Visual design

    2–3 weeks

We define the style, work out every state and responsive version and assemble a design system.

You get Every screen with its states and breakpoints, plus a component library in Figma
  5. 05

    Developer handoff

    2–5 days

We prepare the files for handoff, answer developers' questions and make sure the build matches the layouts.

You get Annotated layouts, a developer spec and a design review of the built screens
Team

The people behind your interface

A researcher decides what to test, an interaction designer turns findings into prototypes, and a UI designer takes them to final layouts and a design system.

  • UX researcher

Runs interviews and usability tests on prototypes and notes where people get lost or give up.
  • Interaction designer

Builds the information architecture and clickable Figma prototypes of the key screens.
  • UI designer

Works out the style, component states and responsive versions and turns the components into a design system.
  • Handoff designer

Prepares files for development, answers engineers’ questions and checks the build against the layouts.
Getting started

Before we kick off

What we need from you
  • A product description: who it's for and which user action matters most to you
  • Access to the live product or a staging environment, if there is one
  • Analytics and support tickets — they show where people really struggle
  • A couple of users willing to do a short interview
  • Constraints from engineering: stack, component library, deadlines
Before we start

Express interface audit

If the product is live, we start with a free express audit: 10 concrete growth points in 3 working days. For a new product, a 30-minute call and a work plan with an estimate.

UX is about logic: how the product is structured, what steps the user takes and how easily they reach their goal. UI is about how it looks: typography, color, components and animation.

We work on both layers, because a beautiful but confusing interface doesn't deliver results.

From $6,000. The total depends on the number of screens and user flows, how much research and prototype testing you need, and whether the work includes a component library for developers. We send an exact estimate after a call about your product.

Yes, even on a small budget. Five to seven interviews or prototype tests reveal most of the serious issues, and fixing them in a design is many times cheaper than in a finished product.

It's a review of an existing product: where users get confused, waste time or leave. An audit is useful when there's traffic but few leads or sales. You get a prioritized list of issues and recommendations on how to fix them.

It collects components, styles and rules into one library. New screens are created faster, the interface stays consistent, and developers find it easier to turn designs into code.

Yes. Our designers answer developers' questions, prepare missing states and review the implementation so the finished product matches the designs.
