Agents that carry out tasks in your tools: they search, fill in, send and report back

Tools
  • n8n
  • Telegram

Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.

An AI agent doesn’t just answer, it acts: it takes a task, decides which tools to call — CRM, email, spreadsheets, search — and sees it through.

We build agents on n8n with clear limits: an agent can only do what it’s allowed to, and important steps are confirmed by a person.

Example agents

  • An agent that triages incoming email and creates CRM deals
  • A research agent that gathers company data before a sales call
  • An agent that drafts documents from templates
  • A support agent that checks statuses in your systems
  • Agents for internal reports and deadline tracking
Challenges

Jobs an agent sees through to the end

  • Reps spend half an hour researching a company before each call

The agent finds the company's site, news and details, checks them against CRM history and drops a short brief on the deal card before the call.

  • Someone sorts incoming email by hand and forwards it around

The agent reads each email, decides whether it's a lead, a complaint or an invoice, and acts: creates a deal, a ticket or a task for accounting.

  • Our automations break the moment an email looks different

A rigid workflow fails on unusual input; an agent works from meaning. Where precision matters we keep plain n8n steps and use the model only at decision points.

  • Deadlines slip and nobody notices until it's too late

Every morning the agent checks tasks and deals, finds overdue ones, pings the owners and sends the manager a summary for the team.

  • Contracts and proposals get stitched together from several tools

The agent gathers data from the CRM, spreadsheets and email threads, fills in the contract or proposal template and sends the draft for approval.

Safety

An agent with clear limits

  1. Only the access it needs

The agent can reach only the tools and data the task requires — everything else is off-limits.
  2. Approval for key steps

The agent never sends customer emails, makes payments or deletes data on its own — a person approves.
  3. An action log

Every step the agent takes is recorded: what it did, with which data and why it made that call.
  4. A gradual rollout

The agent starts in draft mode and gets more autonomy only after its quality has been checked.
Is it for you

When you need an agent, not a workflow

A good fit if

  • The task has several steps and varies a bit every time: find, decide, act, report
  • The tools involved have APIs or are already connected to n8n
  • You're fine running in suggestion mode for the first weeks until the agent earns trust
  • You want logic your team can adjust without a developer — n8n flows are visual

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Task and access map

    2–4 days

We describe what the agent does end to end, in which tools and with what permissions, and flag actions that need a human sign-off.

You get An agent task spec, an access list and clear limits on what it may do
  2. 02

    Agent tools

    3–6 days

We connect the services the agent needs in n8n: CRM, email, spreadsheets, search, internal APIs.

You get A set of tested integrations the agent works through
  3. 03

    Building the n8n workflow

    1–2 weeks

We build the agent logic: steps, checks, retries on failure and a report on every finished task.

You get A working n8n workflow with a log of every agent action
  4. 04

    Run on real tasks

    3–6 days

The agent handles real tasks under supervision. We review its mistakes and refine the instructions.

You get A run report: tasks done without help and where the agent went wrong
  5. 05

    Launch and handover

    2–4 days

We move the agent to production, set up failure alerts and show your team how to manage it.

You get Workflow documentation and a 3-month bug warranty
Getting started

What it takes to launch an agent

What we need from you
  • The agent's job in plain words: what it receives and what counts as done
  • A list of systems and permissions: what the agent may read and what it may change
  • A server for n8n, or a decision to use n8n Cloud
  • API keys for the CRM, email and other tools on test accounts
  • A person who approves the agent's actions in the early phase
Before we start

Breaking down the agent's job

On a free 30-minute call we split the task into steps and decide where an agent is needed and where a plain workflow will do. Then we send an outline, a timeline and an estimate.

A task that spans
several tools?

We’ll build an n8n agent that searches, fills in and sends across your CRM, email and spreadsheets — with limited access and a person approving key steps.

A regular workflow follows predefined steps. An agent chooses the steps for the task, so it handles situations that are hard to describe with rules.

From $3,000. The total depends on how many tasks the agent handles, how many tools and APIs it works with (CRM, email, spreadsheets), which steps need human approval and where it runs: on your server or in the cloud. We send an estimate after a call where we break down the agent’s job.

It gets only the access it needs, its actions are limited and important steps require human confirmation. Every action is logged.

n8n makes it easy to build agents from ready nodes and your APIs, see every step and keep everything on your own server.

Usually 3–6 weeks. We show a first version of the agent for one task on your data within one to two weeks, and the rest goes into connecting tools, limiting access, setting up action logs and testing on real tasks.
