Bitrix24 rollout: CRM, tasks, business processes and integrations
- Bitrix24
Our usual stack. We bring in other tools when the task or the project calls for it.
Bitrix24 is a CRM together with tasks, projects, documents and internal communication. It suits companies that need to connect sales with the work of other departments.
We set up the CRM and business processes around your structure, connect channels and integrations and train your team.
What we do
- Sales pipelines, smart processes and roles
- Automation rules and business processes
- Website, telephony and messenger connections
- Accounting and inventory integrations
- Reports for management
- Team training and guides
What gets in the way in Bitrix24
The portal shows everything at once and people get lost
We switch off unused sections and give each role its own set: sales get CRM and tasks, finance gets invoices and approvals. The rest is turned on when teams actually need it.
Once a deal is handed to delivery, it disappears
We set up a smart process for post-sale work: the order moves from the deal to the delivery team with its own stages, and the account manager sees where it is.
Automation rules fire at the wrong moment
We review rules and triggers in every pipeline, remove conflicts and document what runs under which condition. The map goes to your portal admin.
Leadership sees deal totals, not how departments work
We build reports and dashboards per department: sales pipeline, overdue tasks, team workload. Each manager sees their own area.
Everyone has access to everything
We set roles and permissions by department: reps see their own deals, managers see their team's, and nobody can export the entire client base.
Who Bitrix24 is for
A good fit if
- Several departments take part in selling and fulfilling an order
- You want tasks and projects next to the CRM, not in a separate tool
- You have internal sign-offs: invoices, contracts, purchase requests
- Data has to live on your own server — there's a self-hosted edition for that
Not a fit if
- A three-person sales team that talks to clients in messengers — amoCRM is simpler
- You want a CRM live in a week without touching other processes — amoCRM gets you there faster
- Your market is the US and you need SMS and booking — look at GoHighLevel
